Rope Braiders

	Rope Braiders are nothing but extra heavy duty version of braiders in which you can get tension upto 5 kgs per spindle. We are making in this range up to 610 mm dia. Horn gear, bobbin size 210 mm dia. x 600 mm. length and from 3 spindles braiders to 48 spindles braiders. All the machines in this range are supplied with spring loaded spindles.

Solid Cord Braiding Machine

Solid Cord Braiding machines are designed in such mechanism that spindle moves as per braiding and twisting way i.e. the cord produced on these type of machines is looking wise twisted but also it can not be opened as in twisted cord.

We have developed this series in two type models (1) Medium heavy type for thin cords up to 6 mm. Dia. and (2) Heavy type for thick cord from 8 mm. To 20 mm. Dia. Also available in 9, 12 and 18 spindles in both types. All the machines are supplied in spring type spindles. sample
